You Sucks, Amway!!
*This entry might contain some ranting and bad words that could hurt some people with sensitive feeling**
I woke up yesterday and checked my biz phone. There were 3 missed calls from a same number and it was Amway number when I tried to call back.
Just as I expected, it must be something to do with my popular post about their Tropical Herbs product.
I have posted about the product when I first bought them about 18 months ago. Ever since then I have received many queries and comments on that post regarding how to buy the product, whether it’s good or not, how to get the product from me since I am a dealer..bla bla..
After some times, a Chinese lady whose name I can’t remember called and said she is from Regional Sales. She is like a totok person who can’t really speak proper Malay or good English. She said they found out that I have a blog and I wrote about Amway product. She said I have to remove the post and she will check my blog tomorrow..I was like WTF??? Her reason is Amway is a people to people business..and some kind of crap that I can’t really understand with her way of speaking..
So from now on, I will not publish the entry about Tropical Herbs product anymore. I think I will start promoting for Tupperware instead as they are really supportive of bloggers to promote their products.
It makes me wonder, those people who queried about the Amway product on my blog post, aren’t they people?..sejak bila hantu or binatang or alien baca blog aku?
A 14-mo Artwork
We bought a roll of paper and a bunch of marker pens from IKEA just to start a simple toddler art time with our dear son.
So after the first introduction to the markers, here is the outcome.

The paper has been sprayed to make it acid free before I put them in this crackled frame. I hope it will last long until our son is big enough to appreciate his artwork that he did when he was 14 month old..heh!
Oh, if you notice the smiley character in blue with teeth protruding, Hubby drew that..what a way to become a child again!
A New Day..

I hope things are going to get better..I pray that I will be given patience and strength to carry on each day..never imagine being a mom could be this tough.
I should find ways to motivate myself to be a happy mom..
It’s March Already!
Gosh! Time flies this year…and it’s March already.
What have I achieved in February?
Monetary wise I have accumulated around RM500 from my online and offline work. Some payments are still pending so that could be counted into March achievement..hehe!
Craft work wise, I have started doing decoupage again. This time more on research on different techniques like crackle and so on which I haven’t mastered yet.
Oh, parenting wise, I have started on the craft lesson for the little one. Not really a lesson, more to getting to know paper and marker pens..haha!
I will update this entry later with his artwork which I have framed in the crackled wood frame.
March is pretty busy month for us, with classes, seminar and family event to attend. Hopefully by April, things are getting better..after all April is my birthday month..hehe!
Ceramic Art, Anyone?

Have you ever heard about AMACO/Brent? Amaco (American Art Clay Co., Inc.) is the company that have been “Modeling Imagination Since 1919” when they made the first American modeling clay! Since then, they have been an industry leader in classroom safety. Whereas Brent is the brand of the most popular potter’s wheels on the market known for their strength and durability.
If you check out the website, they have all kind of art glazes. Altogether they have 586 lead free glazes for school and professional use. Oh, they do ship to Malaysia as well you know!
Have you ever heard about bisque ceramic tiles? Bisque is the term used for unglazed pottery after first firing. The bisque ceramic tiles could be used as part of a lesson to make Persian tile art like this.

For those who are looking to buy your own ceramic kilns, you should consider getting one from AMACO. The AMACO kilns can last for 20-30 years. When they built their first kiln in 1931 they have started a commitment to quality that has withstood the test of time. They have two distinctly different types of kilns – Amaco (square/rectangular) and Excel(round).
I wish that Malaysian school system has all kind of art program especially ceramic art since the cost to buy all the materials are quite expensive. It would be good to introduce our future generation to such beautiful craft.
