I found another way to save money over interest payment.

This time it’s for car loan. I think when I bought my car more than 3 years ago, the interest rate was quite high but since I have no choice and in need of the car urgently, we resorted to take whatever the first choice that came our way.

Now that the interest rate has gone down we are looking for ways to fix the situation.

The available alternative for me to save on the interest is to refinance used car loan.

This means that I obtain loan from another bank or credit institutions that offer the lowest interest rate and pay off the existing loan.

By doing that I could reduce my monthly car payment, acquire a lower interest rate and shorten the term of the loan – which in the end helps me save on the bulky interest amount. I can’t wait to try this.

When you are running a business there will be a lot of money coming in and out of the cash flow. Some things are paid cash on delivery. Some are on credit for certain amount of time. I tried to do 99% of my business on cash on delivery term with most of them requiring 50% deposit from clients.

At the moment I am waiting for few payments and I hope nothing will go unplanned. I am also diverting my business to another branch (still on IT and Craft) and will let you know when I am confident to go public about it.

For now I’m still learning the tips and tricks of the trade. Nevertheless I already have a regular client for the service I provided. The client has been encouraging me to advertise the service to public with the same need since I think in our place there is none who offer such service.

I just need to polish more skills before I advertise to others about it. In the meantime I also need proper tools and set up to make it more professional. But to the client, thanks for vouching for my not-so-strong-yet expertise for now..haha!

Oh BTW, foie gras is fattened goose liver. I won’t eat any bird’s liver so don’t bother to serve one for me even if it’s a delicacy..haha!

I’m checking their recipes for cocktail party. I just love those finger food. Easy to serve and fun to eat. Maybe I will throw a party soon. It’s been a long time since my dining adventure with close friends.

Perhaps a picnic by the lake would be nice too. Have to voice this plan of mine to Hubby. Hopefully it will be a bright, windy day.

I’m not cooking anything today because the whole big radius of my housing area are out of water supply since last night..huhu!

I hate when such disruption happen.

Something went wrong with the big water tank so the whole area of 2 towns nearby with how many thousands of people are now living in dry and hot condition. (It’s not raining today so add up that heat as well)

Luckily my house tank still have some water storage so I have been very careful with how much water we used since last night.

Oh, I had this at Deli France a few weeks ago. I love their Chicken Delight with croissant.

I just had my dinner outside since I can’t wash anything at the sink. Just hope those dishes would not stink too much until tomorrow.

I hate the smell when rice go bad in the pot..huhu!

If you are a movie buff that go after horror films especially on insects and bugs, then I’m sure this new film will capture your heart. Plus the movie is directed by the same director of The Exorcist so if you love his work, you will at least like this one.

I don’t really go for bug movie like this but since it’s Ashley Judd starring in it so I would give it a chance.

Check out this poster. It’s quite mysterious and when you watch the trailer, it says something that bugs feed on their brains..huhu! It makes me wonder where do the bugs come from and why do they choose Ashley Judd as the queen. Maybe Grissom from CSI Vegas would be able to give clear explanation to me since he’s the master when it comes to all insects..haha!

I like this poster better. It makes me wonder why there is another face inside Ashley Judd’s face. Is it another self of hers? (Maybe I engrossed myself too much in Heroes to think about double personality)

From what I read, this bug movie is supposed to be released end of 2006, but now it’s going to be released on May 25th. So apart from Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End, I will have another movie to watch this month.
