without comments

If you are running an online business, you must have Internet presence in the form of website for your business. Most of the time in e-commerce type of business, the owner will have static and dynamic pages of the website. In term of organic search and Google ranking, those with static pages will have more benefit as these pages are crawled and indexed by Google.

As quoted by Google’s webmaster guidelines,

“make your site easily accessible…Consider creating static copies of dynamic pages.”

In simple words, if you want to get a lot of traffic from the search engines, you have to target a lot of keywords to be available on your website pages. What A Mess!

without comments

I have about 10 days to get everything visible on this carpet cleared and be put away..huhu! I know that within the next 2 weeks there will be in laws and nieces coming over to my home during the festive season. And maybe friends too..I don’t hate the idea of people coming over, but I do hate the fact that I have to clean up everything.

messycarpet1.jpg

You see, this carpet, the sofa and the living hall is really my workshop (as Hubby said to every people and relatives that came to our home as an excuse for having no place to sit..hehe), so when I have to clear up everything and later have to sort out the stuffs again in order to start on the next project, it’s really a hassle to my brain. I see things clearly when they are messed up, like all the creative juices in my brain flowing as fast as I clutter everything on the floor.

I hope by next year I will have enough money to prep the room upstairs with air cond, Astro and TV so that I could move my workshop there. But then, don’t expect me to come down and entertain you in the living room, I’ll be busy doing new projects in my SOHO room..haha!

The Ramadhan Buffet

without comments

Bad news! The restaurant, Sari Indah which serves Nasi Padang style dishes is no longer operational in Alamanda. Gulung tikar already…huhu! The last time we had a dinner there was in April during my birthday. And I was hoping to have buffet there again for break fast this year.

Now the restaurant unit has been taken over by Penang Village. Since we were out to shop for new work clothing for Hubby (yes, Hubby got the job with his old boss..heh!), we decided the buffet at the Penang Village will be fine.

Not much choice but for RM35++ per person, what to expect, right?

What I hate about going for berbuka buffet, when you get back home, you have nothing to eat for supper..huhu!

Personalized Favors For Wedding

without comments

It’s nearing the year end and usually at this time of the year, aside from the festive season, there will be buzz for wedding and party reception for many occasions. If you are out of ideas on what to give to your party guests, especially if it is your wedding reception, have a look at CandyUnderCover.com.

As a wedding related entrepreneur, I find this idea of personalized candy bar wrappers as very refreshing. Who doesn’t eat chocolate, right? And while people enjoy having that melting, mouthwatering Belgian milk chocolate, they will get to share the joy of the groom and the bride as well.

If you have the extra budget, you can give this box of decorated cookies to the main table as wedding favors. Oh, don’t worry the pictures are all in edible form. Now I wonder who will have the heart to bite off the bride’s head..haha!

Of course not all the products on the website are restricted to wedding favors, you can order and customize for any special occasions – baby shower, graduation, birthday party and even as retirement favors for your boss.

Well, now I have another fresh idea to think about for my wedding business..hehe!

New Site For The Shopaholics

without comments

I know, I know, this is my weakness, shopping for fragrances..hehe! Well, if you simply want to feed your shopaholics obsession, there is new site in town for you to check. I know there is eBay and such, but this one is where you can compare price before you indulge in your retail therapy.

mpire.jpg

With mpire.com, you get to find the best deals online. Well, not only for perfumes and colognes, you can search almost everything. I tried to find craft supplies last week but sad to say most of the items are on Amazon and they don’t send to Malaysia..huhu! But still having to know that there exists such selection would be enough to satisfy my shopping craving..heh!

Or if you simply want to do some comparison between retail and auction price, you can check the pricing trend data on Product Details. Sometimes the auction price is way higher than the retail price, so better check around before you continue the bidding game.

Oh, one thing new for me, I never know there is such thing as Jogger Stroller. Check out the details here. The green color is nice, huh? Blend well with the grass..haha!
