Last Decoupage Class For May
We went to stay at Crown Princess last night because it would be easier for Hubby to go for the Visa application interview. Despite the fact that the 5-star stay is not very comfortable (slow wired Internet connection, not very efficient service, unwelcoming Lobby Lounge) and the buffet at The Taj was not really up to the expectation, (Colonial Times at The Curve tastes better), Hubby managed to get the visa and he has to collect it next Monday.
As for me, as I refrain from taking rice during day time to eliminate the vomitting effect, I have to rely on other food like Jacobs biscuits and St Dalfour jam. Hopefully by the fourth month, I will be able to enjoy the nasi campur set with tempoyak and ulam petai again..haha!

For class related matter, there will be 2 classes for decoupage for the month of May and that’s it. I hope my plan to lepak the whole June will be accomplished. After all I have a lot in my plate to do for Niece’s wedding. So that should be enough not to make me feel bored..heh!
The Usual Monday
I was typing the entry yesterday when I don’t know what happened that the first few lines got deleted. So being not really in the mood to try further I went up to have shower and vomitted all that I have eaten…huhu! If there is one thing I dreaded being pregnant it is the agony of morning sickness. I hope the next 7 weeks won’t be that long to last, with Hubby not around like usual.
I am taking a one month break in June so that I can golek-golek all I want and spend the days doing nothing..heh! But of course I still have to do the preparation for niece’s wedding in August.
Hopefully by July I will be up and in full spirit to do the shopping – I need to look for alas hantaran, flowers to decorate the hantaran for both groom and bride side, beads to sew on her baju nikah and kawin, koko jelly to fill up the butterfly favor boxes, and start to do minor shopping for the baby as well.
Oh, despite the morning sickness, I managed to finish reading Peony In Love last night. I hope the baby will grow up to be an avid reader as well so that we will be able to share books and have similar passion in reading later..heh!
The Sour Tuesday
So here I am writing from a view of a pregnant woman.
I passed the unit trust exam which I sat on Saturday despite many things that I was not so sure of the right answers. I quickly clicked finish before the clock reached 4:30pm (because you can’t leave the place 20 minutes before the exam finish). Fortunately the screen said Congratulations, you have passed..bla bla..
We went to the gynae clinic on Sunday but it was closed. Later found out that most OB & GY clinics close on Sunday. Yesterday I made the appointment to see the gynae this morning but at 9am I was too tired to wake up and get ready. Feel like crying and went back to sleep. Can’t really sleep well last night. Woke up at 4:30am to pee. Hubby rescheduled the appointment to Saturday afternoon at 3pm.
Woke up at 2pm, thinking what to eat. Have this sour uneasy taste in my mouth. Came down and saw Hubby already bought nasi campor and karipap before he left for work. Ate one karipap. Went up, have shower, Zohor prayers and threw up in the bathroom sink..huhu!
Came down and ate nasi campor. It tasted OK except for the cooking oil used in the dishes. Still have the sour taste in my mouth. I am sure it will last all day like last week..huhu..What more will I have to endure for the next 32++ weeks..huhu!
It’s Friday Again!
It’s Friday and tomorrow I am supposed to go and take the Computerised Unit Trust Exam in Mimos at 3pm. I am done with 5 chapters and there are 2 more to read by tonight, plus some past questions drill…rasa macam nak final exam pulak..haha..but seriously this one is not hard. Unless my brain really goes cranky at 3pm tomorrow there shouldn’t be a reason why I couldn’t pass it..heh!
Fortunately I have attended the tutorial and lecture previously so at least I know what topics should be emphasized on. Anyway, if time permits, tomorrow or Sunday we will go to the medical centre to do the first pregnancy check up. Can’t wait to see the flashing light indicating the beating heart of my precious baby.
Once I get the copy of the scanned ultrasound, I will start the scrapbook for the baby. Yet to take the picture of my no-more flat tummy..heh!
Well, I’m off for Asar prayer and another round of reading. The Syariah-based investments are among the favorite questions so I better hit the book before my brain becomes too tired. Wish me luck! And have a great weekend ahead.
Mengapa Di Rindu – Saloma
Anak punai anak merbah
Terbang turun buat sarang
Anak sungai pun berubah
Ini pula hati orang
Mengapa dikenang
Asal kapas jadi benang
Dari benang dibuat baju
Barang lepas jangan kenang
Sudah jadi orang baru
Mengapa dirindu
Kasih yang dulu tinggal dalam mimpi
Kasih yang baru simpan di hati
Kasih yang dulu tinggal dalam mimpi
Kasih yang baru simpan di hati
Selat teduh lautan tenang
Banyak labuh perahu Aceh
Jangan kesal jangan kenang
Walau hati rasa pedih
Mengapa bersedih
Kalau pinang masih muda
Rasanya kelat sudahlah pasti
Kalau hilang kasih lama
Cari lain untuk ganti
Mengapa dinanti
Patah kan tumbuh hilang berganti
Akan sembuh kalau diubati
Patah kan tumbuh hilang berganti
Akan sembuh kalau diubati
Sayang mengapa dirindu
