A few months ago, a man in a car drove around my housing area and stopped by at our gate. Luckily Hubby just came back from work and he was outside waiting for me to water my plants. That man asked about the empty houses around the area because he said he just moved here and would like to rent.
Well, actually there are many houses for sale (or rent?) in my area. But it just doesn’t have enough details for the potential buyer or tenant to contact. It would be good if those agents or the landlords themselves get a proper real estate signs. At least we as the neighbors will have enough information to give out to any possible tenant.
I have check the site at BuildASign.com and noticed that they have all kinds of signs to be customized. What I am interested to get for my handcraft business is the bumper stickers type. It is so easy to customize with just a click here and there. You can even choose the type of materials that you want the signs to be printed on – aluminum, magnetics, license plate, artboard etc. You can change the background color, add your choice of clipart, upload your own image to the sign or change the size and you’ll get the signs for your business.
Next time when I catch the landlord of my next door house, I will ask him whether he’s planning to rent the house. After all the weeds in his garden has been such a sore to my eye.
