One Pink Piece

I love jewelry especially one that I can make for myself. I am such a fussy person so it is much easier to handcraft a bracelet according to my taste. Plus the one sold in store usually too long for my wrist size and in the end I have to ask the store owner to adjust the length.

Last year I had such a craze about Swarovski crystals that I bought quite a lot (mostly on eBay), along with all the necessary items to make my own bracelets. After making like 6 bracelets the craze went cool and now I still have some crystals leftover in my craft drawer..hehe!

But don’t worry I have new projects in mind to do with those crystals – to turn into handphone chain and bookmark decoration (once I have free time from doing my client’s order next month..huhu!) and give them away to family and friends.

I love earring too but sadly I can’t wear one. Something went wrong when I first got pierced when I was a little girl and now everytime I wear earring I have some kind of allergy reaction, be it gold or otherwise.

So there goes my chance to have all kind of dangling and fancy earring. I’m left with bracelet and necklace to embellish myself..haha!

I personally like this pink creation by Lori. She sell her handcrafted pieces at Etsy. Please have a look at her store – LoriJaclynsJewels. I resized the above picture to fit this entry but if you want to see a bigger picture at her store, take a look here – Pink Delight.

Way to go to all handcraft jewelers out there! Sometimes it’s the satisfaction on the wearer’s face that bring such a joy to those hands that made the pieces.

  1. It’s fun to be a part of the contest and yet even without such contest, your handcrafted earring are so gorgeous. 🙂 We must let people know..haha!
