Cheese Cake Recipe

Baked Cheese Cake

2 large Eggs
2 tablespoons superfine flour
190g sugar
2 tablespoon Corn flour
500g Philadelphia Cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon essence vanilla
70g Butter softened
300ml whipping cream

1. Beat eggs in large bowl.

2. Blend in sugar, flour and cornstarch.

3. Add remaining ingredients blending well after each addition. Blend until smooth. Pour into 9 inch springform pan.

4. Bake for 1 hour at 160 degree celcius.

5. Turn oven off and leave cake to cool with oven door open for another hour. Remove and refrigerate.
